CITY OF ST. CATHARINES

The City of St. Catharines is the largest city in Canada’s Niagara Region and the sixth largest urban area in Ontario. St. Catharines carries the official nickname "The Garden City" due to its 1,000 acres (4 km2) of parks, gardens and trails. St. Catharines is strategically located and offers excellent access to the major markets of both Canada and the United States. The City is 111 kilometres (70 miles) from Toronto and 19 kilometres (12 miles) from Niagara Falls and the United States border. Downtown St. Catharines is one of Niagara's most unique destinations with more than 120 shops, boutiques and 50 culinary establishments. It also features one of the oldest farmers markets in Ontario. Two hundred years of history has created a unique city of many heritage sites.

Newly developed shopping center “Outlet Collection at Niagara” is within 5 minutes of the units. St Catharines offers magnificent gardens, beautiful waterfront and more than 1,000 acres of lush parkland. Brock University is one of Canada’s top post-secondary institutions with more than 18,000 students.
