NIAGARA FALLS - CHIPPAWA

Located in the Chippawa area of Niagara Falls, just 8 minutes to the falls.  The site fronts the Welland River, marina for small boats and vast park lands and green space.  We will be building 1 three storey and 1 five storey building, consisting of 161 units with each unit approximately 800 square feet.  The project is expected to be completed mid-2019.

NIAGARA FALLS - EAGLE VALLEY

Located between Niagara-on-the-late and Niagara Falls, just 12 minutes from the falls.  This property resides on Eagle Valley Golf Course.  We will be building a 8 storey condo, consisting of 106 units with each unit approximately 1000 square feet.  The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2019.

MAJOR MACKENZIE

Located just east of Yonge and Major Mackenzie, within the Town of Richmond Hill.  The site is walking distance to the Richmond Hill GO Station and to many shops, restaurants and schools.  We will be building 31 Town Homes, each unit approximately 1944 square feet.  The project is expected to be completed by Fall 2018.

GLENDALE AVENUE

Located north east of Glendale Road and Oliver Lane, in the City the St. Catharines.  The site is one of St. Catharines last pieces of unoccupied land.  Located within minutes to Outlet Collection at Niagara and The Pen Centre shopping mall.  The site has views of the Welland Canal and the boats that pass through.  We will be building 3 buildings, each are 4 stories, consisting of 264 condos, each unit approximately 816 square feet.  The project is expected to be completed by mid-2019.

AURORA ROAD

Located on 4591 Aurora Road, in the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville.  Surrounded by green space and large lots.  We will be building 98 single family homes in several phases.

GEORGETOWN

Located in Georgetown, the property was acquired to build townhomes in 2013.  The property was eventually sold in December 2015 to take advantage of appreciated land values.

STONEY CREEK

Located at the Northeast corner of Highway 20 and Highland Road East, the development site is tactically positioned adjacent to a developed area along the border of the current urban boundary. Land in the urban boundary is valued significantly higher than land outside the urban boundary. Once land outside the urban boundary is brought into the urban boundary, owners can expect the land price to increase significantly. It should be noted that land closer to existing servicing infrastructure attracts higher values as the likelihood of being brought into the urban boundary is significantly increased. Our site is directly adjacent to existing servicing infrastructure.
